Mysore & Self Practice

I would like to offer drop in times to patients for mysore or self practice.  This is an opportunity to practice your program with some supervision. This can be hugely helpful in follow up to individualized sessions, creating your habits of practice and maintaining accountability to your health goals.

One of the common themes I find in physiotherapy, is that patients have difficulty maintaining a home program.  This can be for lots of reasons ranging from uncertainty about what exercises to do or how to do them well to struggling with motivation and creating a routine. Sometimes it’s just nice to get out of the house. If you are feeling this way, come practice in a comfortable space with others!

This will be starting up in the new year, days and times to be determined.
