To me wellbecoming means that our health and our existence as a human being is a process, not a product. We can learn, adapt and choose how to live in healthier ways. I want to be part of supporting and guiding that change towards wellbecoming in my patients and in our larger community.
By combining my background of Physiotherapy training with the art of yoga practices of breath, movement, meditation and balanced lifestyle, I feel I can offer an integrated approach to therapy and optimum health. I hope that this approach is inspiring, educational and empowering, and helps those I work with to discover better ways of taking care of their own health and wellbecoming.
I continue to explore everyday, learning about health, how to live well and how to help guide others on their own journey. I meet patients where they are at in order to help them discover and meet their health goals. As an integrated medicine practitioner, I work one on one with patients to assess activity, movement and lifestyle habits and work with you to devise an individualized care plan. I hope to offer a professional, safe and caring environment where you can take time to heal and explore your health potential.
I am committed to providing the best quality care and strive to push the boundaries of standard practice of both physiotherapy and yoga. I believe healthcare is a universal right that everyone deserves and am committed to offering my services as widely as possible. I am an advocate that is motivated to contribute to the greater wellbeing of our society. Wellbecoming is also the name of my blog…so stay tuned!
